Dressing
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Vegetables and pasta
1 box Mostaccioli noodles cooked and drained
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 1/2 red onions, sliced very thin
I green pepper, sliced
I small can of black olives (optional - Pete leaves out)
3 tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Combine vegetables and noodles, stirring gently. Pour dressing over everything. Let sit several hours or overnight (overnight is better).
