Reuben Dip
1 can sauerkraut (drained)
1 package cream cheese
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1-2 cups chopped corned beef (I buy it from the deli)
1/4-1/2 cup 1000 island dressing
I just put all ingredients into a small crockpot until warm and cheese is melted. I serve it with those small rye bread slices. Enjoy :)
